A Four Week Course w Elisha

The strength and integrity of any yoga pose is determined by the strength and integrity of its foundations. 

In this 4-part foundations series Elisha will breakdown the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga. Each week will focus on a specific principal to empower your personal practice and give you the tools to help you tap into the intelligence of your body. 

 

The essentials will be explained in easy-to-digest language and you will discover how to work more efficiently, and therefore more joyfully, bringing balance to the body and mind.

 

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • how to align your body safely and powerfully

  • foundation postures

  • tips that you do not have time to explore in class

  • foundational and inspirational yogic philosophy

  • breath techniques (Pranayama)

  • mindfulness techniques

  • how to use props to suit every body type, age and level of fitness
