We are thrilled to have Anna return to KAI YOGA to run her especially tailored Vedic meditation course for busy parents and busy people.

Modern life is busy. There are so many things demanding our attention, whether at home or at work, or both. Overwork, anxiety, fatigue, and depression are markers of modern life. The time is ripe to invest in the health of our minds so we can be the best version of our self for our children, family, friends and work colleagues.

In this course specifically designed for busy parents and busy people you will learn the effortless and relaxed mantra based technique of Vedic meditation. You will be guided on how to practise when surrounded by noise, children, pets and distractions; how to fit it in amongst the constant demands; and you will start becoming a more responsive (rather than reactive) person in all of your interactions.

The course of personal instruction is taught in 4 short sessions, over 3 days.

Then attend a course and graduate as a self-sufficient meditator, able to meditate on your own for the rest of your life.
