DESCRIPTION: This meditation begins with a short Nadi Shodhana pranayama practice to prepare the mind to sit in stillness. Nadi Shodhana is also known as alternate nostril breathing. Each nostril corresponds to the right and left hemispheres of the brain and have a profound effect of settling any mental turbulence or busyness. Post-meditation enjoy more space, lightness and clarity.

DESCRIPTION: Savitri Pranayama: The ultimate balance of our Nervous System. Learn this accessible technique that you can practice anywhere, anytime! We sit for 10mins, slowly building on the ratio and depth of our breath. If you continue to practice this style of pranayama, it has been proven that 20mins of practice in the (8:4:8:4) rhythm can yield the deep relaxation and rejuvenating effects of several hours sleep. It has the capacity to calm and rebalance the nervous system, as well as focus and settle a busy mind.
