Join us for a wellness party like no other! We're bringing Yoga + Silent Sound Disco to Mosman - think illuminating headphones, ambient lighting, progressive style beats, and a fluid flow yoga class to amplify and inspire you from the inside out.

Our resident Yogi DJ, Miss Aimee Pascov, will be guiding you through this unique immersive and creative experience. A chance to tune inwards and allow the music to take you on a journey. We'll be using special silent disco headphones to block out the outer noise and channel you in. To the beats amplified from your very own headphones, Aimee will curate an all-level, 75min Slow Flow kinda practice designed to warm you up and bring back those feel-good-feels of fluidity and freedom in the body.

We'll cool things down with a drop of bubbles and hangs after practice :)
