DESCRIPTION: A beginner level practice that focuses on the Warrior series. Warrior postures are the bread and butter of a yoga sequence - they help to build leg strength, hip mobility, fire in the body and a fierce concentration. We can enjoy these benefits when we are safely aligned.

VINYASA BASE W FRASER

DESCRIPTION: When the placement of your shoulders in each posture is aligned correctly, it can elevate your entire practice. This class will give you essential cues and therefore clarity on how to stabilise the shoulders in postures such as Warrior 1 and any spinal extension. Refine your shoulders to access a new level of your practice.

DESCRIPTION: Yoga means union and an important principle of yoga philosophy is 'Ahimsa' - non-violence. This is a practice to slow down and illuminate in each posture what unites and connects inorder to experience this union. Working with breath and mindful movement as tools to help us surrender judgement and criticism so that a feeling of joy and freedom can be experienced.

DESCRIPTION: Samana Vayu (wind) is a direction of energy that moves and merges towards centre. It is a very consolidating energy that helps to gather a scattered mind. When we focus on Samana Vayu we are emphasising that notion of hugging into our centre not only on a physical level, but also emotionally and mentally. This practice will remind you of the importance of core recruitment to build strength, stability and mental serenity.
