Enjoy a flow that focuses on relieving the shoulders of their tension, whilst building a warm heat throughout the entire body. After this 30 minute practice, you will experience a sense of freedom and lightness around shoulders and heart.

DESCRIPTION: An actively moving vinyasa sequence that not only opens the heart, but warms it! Through postures that focus on releasing the shoulders, extending the thoracic spine, this nourishing practice will work its magic on you to pull your body and mind out of any contractive state.

DESCRIPTION: A vigorous flow that highlights the importance of hugging into centre not only to support our physical body, but also as a method to be efficient with our energetic output. You will find yourself flowing through a series of lunges and warrior postures with the rhythm of your breath. There's also an opportunity to bounce in to a handstand or 2! All for the love of yoga!

DESCRIPTION: This flow is a quick spuce up for your hamstrings! The health of our muscles rely on their ability to be strong as well as supple, the ability to trigger as well as to release. This dynamic flow will have you moving to tap specifically into the hamstrings, build agility and mobility.

DESCRIPTION: A short Vinyasa Flow practice that will have you binding and twisting. Binds are an effective way to release into and mobilise the shoulder joint, whilst twists help to detoxify and revitalise the whole body.

DESCRIPTION: A practice to tone and tune into the hips. Our hips can be that extra bedroom in your home that stores all the excess 'stuff' that we don't quite know what to do with! But just like our homes, our hips need a spring clean every now and again. Incorporating lunges, squats and standing postures throughout this flow as a way to clear the debris from the hips, revitalise mobility and energy again, that your whole way of being will benefit from.

DESCRIPTION: In need of a hip floss?! This continuous flow build internal heat to help you tap into your hips at every angle and release some of that stubborn tension. Enjoy a sweet Savasana to complete your practice, allowing time for the body to reset and regenerate.
