VINYASA SLOW W ELISHA

DURATION: 60 minutes

LEVEL: Open

DESCRIPTION: Our Thoracic (upper) spine can be an area of rigidity and tightness. This Vinyasa Slow practice will help bring back movement into this area of the body. Learn to utilise the Scapula to help have positive influence on the upper spine within postures like Dolphin Pose, Pincha Mayurasana and variations in Side Plank.

VINYASA SLOW W SAM

DURATION: 60 minutes

LEVEL: Open

DESCRIPTION: Tantric yogis believe we are all divine. Rather than coming to your yoga practice to fix yourself, see it more like a 'dusting off' to rediscover your perfection. Enjoy a fluid slow flow to honour, release and empower your body and remember you are perfectly imperfect! :)

VINYASA SLOW W SAM

DURATION: 60 minutes

LEVEL: Open

DESCRIPTION: This practice illuminates the 3 main Bandhas. Bandhas are muscular and energetic locks in the body that help to stabilise our bones, as well as distributing energy around the body. After this medicinal flow you will feel a deep sense of energetic grounding.

VINYASA SLOW W FRASER

DURATION: 60 minutes

LEVEL: Open

DESCRIPTION: A Vinyasa Slow to get you flying in Crow! Bakasana aka Crow Pose is an incredibly empowering arm balance, whether you take flight or not! This practice will give you the building blocks and confidence you need to help you prepare and eventually spread your wings. Be patient with yourself and remember the nectar is in the process :)

VINYASA SLOW W GEORGIA

DURATION: 60 minutes

LEVEL: Open

DESCRIPTION: A continuous steady flow that stimulates every corner of your body. This practice has something for everyone! The strength gradually builds in such a way that intelligently empowers your body, whilst steadying the mind. The goal, to observe the nature of the mind, rather than resisting it. When we observe we become less reactive and utilise the breath to return to centre.
