It is via an approach and personal philosophy of non-striving, that we give ourselves permission to let go of the tension and create a pathway for self healing.

DESCRIPTION: This healing Yin practice to not only prepare us for deep restful slumber, also an avenue to release trauma from the body. Delicately weaving ourselves into postures that coax into the hips and the lateral edges of our body. Pause in each moment and listen to the language that radiates from all the fibres within.
