Feel stronger in your body, clearer in your mind, learn how to modify your practice and steer change positively in your life.

The strength and integrity of any yoga pose is determined by the strength and integrity of its foundations. 

In this 4-part foundations series we will breakdown the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga. Each week will focus on a specific principal to empower your personal practice and give you the tools to help you tap into the intelligence of your body. 

 

The essentials will be explained in easy-to-digest language and you will discover how to work more efficiently, and therefore more joyfully, bringing balance to the body and mind.

 

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • how to align your body safely and powerfully

  • foundation postures

  • how to manage injuries and pain

  • tips that you do not have time to explore in class

  • foundational and inspirational yogic philosophy

  • breath techniques (Pranayama)

  • mindfulness techniques

  • how to use props to suit every body type, age and level of fitness
