In this 4-part foundations series Bianca will breakdown the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga. Each week will focus on a specific principal to empower your personal practice and give you the tools to help you tap into the intelligence of your body.
The essentials will be explained in easy-to-digest language and you will discover how to work more efficiently, and therefore more joyfully, bringing balance to the body and mind.

foundational and inspirational yogic philosophy
