During your yoga practice you are introduced to many different breathing exercises (Pranayama) and physical postures (Asana).

Why are they done and how can they be incorporated into a daily routine?

The Breath & Movement workshop is structured like a 24 hour day.

Guiding you through breathing exercises and postures to assist in stimulating your nervous system.

Taking a Yang & Yin style approach to build your morning fire and eventually cooling it off as you enter the evening.
