Begin by dropping into the body through gentle breathwork and meditation, from there we will lean into a space of introspection and reflection through Lucy's original music, which is a mixture of soul and acoustic music. You will be invited to follow what unfolds in the inner space, with the knowledge of music's power to invoke memory, emotion, and deep healing.

To finish, Lucy will lead a cleansing and nourishing sound healing to bring back balance, leaving you feeling dropped in, connected and grounded.
