Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, marked by a shift in hormones that can result in various physical and emotional changes. It can begin as early as a woman's mid-30s or as late as her 50s.
Gabby and Christiana have curated a special afternoon that will be informative yet light, to help us navigate through the ebb and flows of perimenopause. Gabby will guide you through an uplifting mat pilates class designed to support and empower women going through this specific stage in their lives. Following class will be a presentation by Christiana.
Christiana illuminates this stage with the precision of a nutritionist and the understanding of a woman, helping you grasp its impacts on your body and wellbeing. In her presentation, she'll delve into the critical nutritional needs during perimenopause, empowering you to manage hormonal imbalances and support your body through this transition. She'll decode the signals your body sends, such as fatigue and nutrient depletion, providing practical solutions to restore your energy and productivity.
Our time together will wind down with a hands-on look at some delicious and easy hormone supporting recipes.

Meet Gabby – our radiant Brazilian Pilates queen! With her signature blend of elegance, warmth and a cheeky sense of humour, Gabby brings serious expertise to the mat (without ever taking herself too seriously). Her teaching is beautifully refined and deeply supportive, informed by her own lived experience navigating perimenopause with the help of movement, breath, and a whole lot of pelvic floor power. She’ll be guiding a special mat Pilates session to complement our perimenopause nutritional workshop — expect a class that’s strong, nourishing and full of good vibes.
