Join Gabby and Simone for an educational and transformative workshop on perimenopause — a pivotal yet often misunderstood stage in a woman's life.
Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, marked by a shift in hormones that can result in various physical and emotional changes. It can begin as early as a woman's mid-30s or as late as her 50s.
Gabby and Simone have curated a special afternoon that will be informative yet light, to help us navigate through the ebb and flows of perimenopause. Gabby will guide you through an uplifting mat pilates class designed to support and empower women going through this specific stage in their lives. Following class will be a presentation by Simone.
Simone illuminates this stage with the precision of a nutritionist and the understanding of a woman, helping you grasp its impacts on your body and wellbeing. In her presentation, she'll delve into the critical nutritional needs during perimenopause, empowering you to manage hormonal imbalances and support your body through this transition. She'll decode the signals your body sends, such as fatigue and nutrient depletion, providing practical solutions to restore your energy and productivity.
Our time together will wind down with a hands-on look at one of Simone's favourite and delicious hormone supporting snacks.

After diving into the health world for many years, Simone struggled with the pressures most of us know too well in wellness culture. The pressure to look, eat, feel and BE a certain way. Truthfully, it was impossible.
Naturopathic medicine has helped her redefine her version of healthy and rediscover her balance in the world of wellness.
She now hopes to empower YOU to do the same.
Thanks to her personal experience, Simone has found her love for treating hormonal & reproductive conditions, gut issues, skin concerns and mental health. Simone's approach is rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the right tools and support. Through a combination of natural therapies such has herbal medicine & nutritional support, lifestyle adjustments, and dietary recommendations, we can empower individuals to take control of their health and work towards achieving balance, vitality and their version of wellness.

Meet Gabby – our radiant Brazilian Pilates queen! With her signature blend of elegance, warmth and a cheeky sense of humour, Gabby brings serious expertise to the mat (without ever taking herself too seriously). Her teaching is beautifully refined and deeply supportive, informed by her own lived experience navigating perimenopause with the help of movement, breath, and a whole lot of pelvic floor power. She’ll be guiding a special mat Pilates session to complement our perimenopause nutritional workshop — expect a class that’s strong, nourishing and full of good vibes.
