We invite you to step off your reformer, roll up your yoga mat and lace up your hiking boots to join us on a local bush walk to explore the lushness of nature that lives quite literally in our backyards! We're wandering the beautiful rainforest walk amongst the Illawarra Escarpment State Conservation Area, Mount Keira - a significant indigenous landmark, with sweeping views of the Southern coastline.

Whether you're a seasoned hiker or a first-time explorer, there's something for everyone to enjoy as we traverse scenic trails, breathe in the fresh air, and soak up the sights and sounds of the great outdoors.
