Welcome!

Welcome to our space! We know stepping onto your yoga mat or a pilates reformer for the first time may be an intimidating experience, but we're here to let you know that it doesn't have to be that way! At KAI we welcome and celebrate new students.

 

We have 3 gorgeous studios in NSW, all with the most vibrant community  - a dedicated yoga studio in Mosman, and a wellness hub in Corrimal, offering both yoga and reformer pilates.

INTRODUCTORY PASSES

A great option to give you the time to get to know us! For those new to our community, our intro passes allow you to trial, taste, savour and digest all that KAI YOGA & PILATES has offer at a special introductory price.

Due to restricted class capacity, it is important to book.

WHICH CLASS TO START?

We welcome new student's to all of our classes. We have an incredibly skillful team that not only teach from the heart, but know how to teach to all experience levels in the room!

In each class, you will be guided mindfully into an accessible practice where options to take modifications and rest will always be offered.

If your love affair with yoga is brand new, then we do suggest you start with either Vinyasa Base, Vinyasa Gentle or Yin Yoga. These classes will give you fundamental tools to progress with confidence. These classes are non-heated and taught at a slower pace.

For our friends new to Reformer Pilates, all our reformer classes are open level and are suitable for beginners.

PREPARING FOR CLASS

  • Drink a good dose of water + bring water with you

  • Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before class

  • Wear light clothing that will allow movement

  • For yoga, BYO YOGA MAT + TOWEL (we provide all other props needed to help support you in your yoga or pilates classes)

  • For Reformer Pilates, BYO GRIPPY SOCKS (we have them available to purchase in studio) + TOWEL to cover your reformer machine.

  • BOOK your class here

  • Turn up to your IN-STUDIO class at least 10mins before it begins so you can ease yourself on your mat or reformer

  • Find instructions for LIVE STREAM here (available at Mosman only)

  • Enjoy your practice!
