Myofascial Release Masterclass
In this Self-myofascial release masterclass, Fraser will guide you through an explorative practice that will help massage out the tension and mend the body for robust health and movement again. Merging Myofascial release techniques with the ancient practice of Yin Yoga, you will relieve chronic pain, release stubborn areas of tension, restore range of motion, and open channels for optimal energetic flow.
Not only will you be completely blissed-out by the end of the session, you will also walk (or should we say float!) away with some incredibly simple techniques that you can utilise for your personal health and wellbeing longevity.
No yoga experience needed.
Please have 2 tennis balls for your practice.
