Grounded Mentorship

FOR YOGA TEACHERS WHO WANT TO TEACH WITH
CONFIDENCE, DEPTH AND HUMANITY

For teachers ready to move beyond self-doubt and teach from lived experience.

This isn’t a top-up training or another coaching program. It’s more personal than that. It’s a space where we sit down together and really look at where you are as a teacher right now - what’s feeling alive, what feels unclear, and where you might be getting in your own way without even realising it. We’ll talk honestly about your ambitions, but also the quieter things underneath that… the self-doubt, the second-guessing, the moments you walk out of class wondering if you got it right.

What I’m really interested in is helping you feel more like yourself when you teach. Not a better version of you. Just you - clearer, steadier, more trusting of your own voice. Because when you teach from that place, something shifts. It becomes less about performance and more about connection. This isn’t about perfecting your teaching or pushing you to be more advanced. It’s about feeling comfortable in your skin, sharing what’s real, even the messy parts, in a way that actually lands with people. This has come out of years of being taught by incredible teachers, and slowly realising that what we pass on matters.

Yoga has changed my life, but the way we teach it can either drain us or sustain us. I want this to be the kind of space that helps you stay in it - for the long run, without burning out or overthinking every class.

Who we are

Why Be Part Of This Mentorship?

We live in a world overflowing with information.

Advice is everywhere - podcasts, social media, online courses, reels telling you how to teach, to market yourself, to grow a following, to build a brand. And while there is real value in having access to so much knowledge, it can also create confusion. The more voices we listen to, the harder it becomes to hear our own.

Teaching yoga is deeply personal. It isn’t something that can be mastered through consuming more content alone. Sometimes what we need isn’t another course - we need a trusted guide. Someone who can listen, reflect, challenge, encourage, and help us find our own way forward.

For me, that one-to-one connection has always been invaluable.

I spent years wishing I had a strong female mentor in my life - someone to help navigate the challenges of teaching, leadership, and business. And as I was once told, whatever we find ourselves repeatedly complaining is missing, perhaps we are the ones being called to bring it.

This mentorship is my way of offering what I once longed for.

Not because I have all the answers - I certainly don’t.

But because after two decades of teaching, leading trainings, running a studio, raising a family, and moving through the ever-changing yoga industry, I’ve gathered wisdom that may help illuminate the path ahead.

This is not about creating dependence or positioning myself as a guru.

It’s about a genuine mentoring relationship - honest conversation, practical guidance, reflection, and shared learning. A space where you can ask questions, explore challenges, refine your teaching, and grow into the teacher you are becoming.

Because while information is abundant, meaningful mentorship is still rare.
