From hibernation to rejuvenation. Practice as many classes as you can between October 9th - 29th.
Join us for a 21 day long movement Sadhana to celebrate full flourishment in Spring.
Sadhana means spiritual practice. With a consistent practice we can shake off the Winter fog, put the wheels in motion to build a strong body and peaceful mind.
You're invited to practice as many classes as you can for 21 days in October - Flow, Slow, Yin, Base, Sculpt or Gentle - you can mix it up!

Book into your first class to sign up
Register your name on the progress chart in studio and fill it out after each class you practice (go you!)
