It's never too late to bring heart and intention into to your life. This workshop is the perfect re-alignment for your body, mind and heart.

 

As you relax into each nourishing Yin Yoga pose, Sarah will bathe you in a sound journey of crystal sound bowls, ancient mantras and the soothing tones of harmonium, played live in class.

Guided journaling and meditation will allow you to reflect on your journey, illuminate your heart’s desires and set powerful intentions for the year ahead.

You’ll re-energise your spirit with simple call-and-response Kirtan - a joyful devotional practice singing ancient mantras - and you don’t need any experience or to be a good singer at all to benefit from the transformational qualities of chanting mantra.

At the end of this deeply nurturing practice, you will leave feeling rested, revitalised and prepared energetically for the rest of the year ahead.

The experience:

  • Tune in with heart based meditation and breath work.

  • Set a powerful intention with guided journaling.

  • Melt into juicy yin yoga poses to clear energy blockages.

  • Experience the soothing vibrational frequencies of crystal sound bowls, mantra and harmonium.

  • Enjoy heart-felt chanting, call-and-response style Kirtan.

  • Connect with the community after class with tea.

This workshop includes:

  • Opening Intention Setting.

  • Breath work, Meditation. Guided Journaling.

  • Yin Yoga with Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

  • Kirtan - Live Music, mantra and harmonium

Yin Yoga:

  • Stimulates specific meridians and internal organs to improve the flow of chi or Prana in your body.

  • Reduces stress and tension.

  • Harmonises imbalances in your inner world.

Mantra:

  • Rhythm and sound shifts energy blockages in the body.

  • Enhances the brainwaves experienced during meditation.

  • Quietens mental chatter, uplifts emotions, and reprogram the subconscious mind.

Combining these practices connects your mind and heart, allowing you to access a deep inner wisdom, recognising that there is a great mystery beyond all that we can see.
