MINDFULNESS + CREATIVITY COMMUNITY WORKSHOP

Join Shell for a gentle and playful community workshop welcoming the arrival of spring through mindfulness, creativity, and sensory connection.

 

As the season begins to shift and the light slowly returns, we invite you to reconnect with yourself and others and let creativity flourish!

Beginning with a simple grounding meditation, this nourishing afternoon will move into a relaxed hands-on creative practice inspired by nature, renewal, and the senses. Together we’ll share tea, seasonal treats, and space to make intuitively without pressure or expectation- no arts experience necessary.

This workshop is an invitation to pause, create gently, and reconnect with the joy of mindful making and community. Participants will leave feeling calm, nourished, and creatively refreshed, with a small seasonal inspired handmade creation to take home.

Shell is an artist, yoga teacher, and creative arts therapist whose work is deeply inspired by nature and creativity as a form of wellbeing and connection.
