In this 4-part foundations series with Elisha + Fraser, they will breakdown the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga. Each week will focus on a specific principal to empower your personal practice and give you the tools to help you tap into the intelligence of your body.

It's all recorded, so you can learn, experiment and refine your practice all in the comfort of your own home!

The essentials will be explained in easy-to-digest language and you will discover how to work more efficiently, and therefore more joyfully, bringing balance to the body and mind.

We will progressively build the practice, over 4 weeks.

Each week we will release a recorded tutorial plus a 45min Beginners class based on a common principle of the practice.

You will have unlimited access to these recordings for a total of 4 weeks to watch and re-watch any where, any time, as many times as you wish!
