In this 4-part foundations series with Elisha + Fraser, they will breakdown the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga. Each week will focus on a specific principal to empower your personal practice and give you the tools to help you tap into the intelligence of your body. 

​

It's all recorded, so you can learn, experiment and refine your practice all in the comfort of your own home!

The essentials will be explained in easy-to-digest language and you will discover how to work more efficiently, and therefore more joyfully, bringing balance to the body and mind.

 

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • how to align your body safely and powerfully

  • foundation postures

  • tips that you do not have time to explore in class

  • foundational and inspirational yogic philosophy

  • breath techniques (Pranayama)

  • mindfulness techniques

  • how to use props to suit every body type, age and level of fitness

HOW DOES IT WORK VIRTUALLY?

  • We will progressively build the practice, over 4 weeks.

  • Each week we will release a recorded tutorial plus a 45min Beginners class based on a common principle of the practice.

  • You will have unlimited access to these recordings for a total of 4 weeks to watch and re-watch any where, any time, as many times as you wish!
