Merging the art of Yin Yoga with the frequency of live crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo and guitar, you will be held in the most healing way to soothe, restore and harmonise your inner systems.

Be cocooned in an elixir of vibrational sound to aid the process of dropping deep within, releasing hidden tensions, soothing the nervous system and reinvigorating the spark of connectivity. Whilst guiding you into deep rest through the Yin Yoga practice and crystal bowl vibrations, Martina will be accompanied by Gavin Libotte, an incredible guitarist (and yogi) and Marc Kundalini - Indigenous culture keeper, nature guide and musician, on the didgeridoo.

The medicine from this practice is available to all, even those who have not practiced yoga before. Rest assured that it will be a gentle, accessible, and stationary practice, using the support of yoga props to help you remember ease.
