YIN YOGA + ACUPUNCTURE

As the season is softening and turning inward, gift yourself an afternoon of deep replenishment.

This soul-soothing experience weaves together two ancient healing modalities designed to restore vitality and keep energy flowing with ease.

We begin with 60 minutes of nourishing Yin Yoga, guided by Fraser. Through long, gentle holds, the body slowly opens, the energetic pathways begin to awaken, and the mind settles into stillness.

From there, you’ll melt into an extended Savasana as Stella applies acupuncture. Fine needles are placed with care to stimulate the flow of chi, inviting profound rest, balance, and quiet recalibration within.

It is a space to pause, soften, and receive.

When body, mind, and soul are nourished in this way, the body’s innate intelligence has the opportunity to do what it does best - restore, rebalance, and heal.

STELLA PARKER

For over 15 years I’ve taught yoga and meditation, and created communities to move and breathe together. In my teen years, this was one (of a number) of practices I started that helped me find some balance and settle my anxiety (and therapy, don’t forget the therapy!). But when I needed more help with crippling depression, burnout, and then the IVF roller coaster, it was acupuncture that saved the day.

So much so that I went on to complete a Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (BHSc) degree over 7 years (with a baby and global pandemic in the middle!) and now offer evidence based Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine to my community.
